Hello Girls! Im Back~~

Liquid eyeliner emang slalu jadi eyeliner favoritku dan salah satu must-have item di makeup pouch ku yg slalu aku bawa kemanapun. So kali ini aku pengen nge review Meilinda Perfect Storm Magic Eyeliner yg merupakan produk yg berasal dari Thailand. Awalnya sempet ragu mau cobain coz aku lum pernah nyobain produk makeup dari Thailand sebelumnya, tapi tidak ada salahnya juga mencoba kan? Hehe... Well, let's see...

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Quick-drying liquid eyeliner has a special brush tip and high water-resistant polymers, giving you superb control for creating remarkable smudge-resistant effects. It's a film type eyeliner. The water resistant coat polymer keeps fine eye lines 24 hours. You'll feel like 1 day tattoo

PACKAGING

Kemasan luar eyeliner ini cukup sederhana dan beginilah kondisi nya ketika barangnya aku terima. Kemasan nya perpaduan warna black dan gold serta ada desain lace gitu. Keterangan produknya rata2 dalam bahasa Thailand alias tagalog gitu tapi ingredient nya masih ditulis dalam bahasa inggris kok. :)

 

Kebanyakkan packaging liquid eyeliner selalu berbentuk seperti pen agar memudahkan untuk mengaplikasikan eyeliner nya. Meilinda eyeliner ini mirip kayak pensil ya karena bentuknya yg panjang dan sangat ramping dengan warna dominan black dan tulisan serta desain nya berwarna gold.

Ujung nya atau brush tip nya sangat runcing tapi lembut banget jadi sangat mudah diaplikasikan dan ga akan melukai mata. ;)

WATERPROOF-TEST

Pas di swatch di tangan, bisa keliatan kalo warna black nya itu bold banget n cukup 1x swatch warna black nya udah sangat intense. Tes pertama yg aku lakukan untuk menguji suatu eyeliner tentu saja menguji ketahanannya terhadap air alias waterproof ato ga. Jadi di gambar bawah ini aku swatch Meilinda eyeliner di tangan aku (kiri) terus aku taruh di bawah pancuran air yg cukup deras selama beberapa menit dan bisa terlihat kan kalo nyaris ga ada perubahan. Warna eyeliner ga luntur sama sekali ato bahkan hilang, so it's definitely waterpoof! yeay~

 

SMUDGEPROOF TEST

Kalo waterproof test udah sukses, aku juga penasaran nih apakah eyeliner ini smudgeproof juga ato ga soalnya banyak waterproof eyeliner tapi belum tentu smudgeproof and here's the result! Im quite disappointed coz eyeliner ini gampang banget luntur nya pas digosok2 beberapa kali dan lebih cepet lagi luntur nya kalo digosok dalam keadaan basah/berkeringat. -__-

Dan ini penampakan eyeliner nya pas dipake. Sebenernya aku suka banget dengan eyeliner ini karena gampang banget diaplikasikan dan cukup sekali swatch warna nya udah keliatan, kalo pengen riasan mata yg lebih bold bisa di swatch lagi sesuai keinginan. Eyeliner ini juga cepet kering setelah diaplikasikan dan Meilinda juga mengklaim kalo eyeliner ini bisa tahan hingga 24 jam like a tattoo, sayangnya eyeliner ini agak kurang smudgeproof. :S But it's still okay right? :)

Tiap jalan-jalan aku selalu pake eyeliner ini karena praktis banget tapi kudu inget selalu ga boleh kucek2 mata supaya warnanya ga luntur soalnya kadang suka ga sadar ngucek2 mata. lol. Aku juga pake eyeliner ini pas berkunjung ke klinik Miracle di Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya tgl 2 april lalu ( read here ). Hehe...

Aku suka banget pake eyeliner ini n slalu aku bawa kalo pas jalan2 ke mall karena gampang banget diaplikasikan. Untuk makeup natural cukup 1-2x swatch aja tapi kalo pengen dapetin kesan yg lebih bold bisa diaplikasikan lagi sesuai yg diinginkan. Eyeliner ini udah terbukti waterproof tapi sayangnya gampang luntur kalo digosok alias ga smudge-proof jadi mesti inget selalu untuk ga gosok mata pas pake eyeliner ini kalo ga pengen mata jadi terlihat kayak mata panda. lol. But overall I love this eyeliner and it would be nice if you want to give it a try too, sounds good idea? hehe... :D

Eyeliner is definitely one of must-have makeup products in my makeup pouch, and especially I prefer liquid eyeliner coz the tip is usually pointy-shaped and it's much easier to use. ^^ Actually I bought this eyeliner because as you can see, the packaging is totally different than other eyeliners and you should be curious about this eyeliner, it's the same with me too. lol.

PACKAGING

Im so happy I got this eyeliner with a box and it provided with some useful informations about the eyeliner. This eyeliner box looks so elegant with the pretty flowers clip-art that symbolize the art of beauty. ;) 

As seen on photos, the Elianto curvee eyeliner comes in curve shape that looks uncommon compared to other liquid eyeliners that mostly pencil-like. Some people may not like to use the liquid eyeliner because it easily creating a mess while using it. But the curve-shape packaging design is actually the main secret to reduce the difficulty while using liquid eyeliner. The curve-shape design actually helps you to handle it comfortably so you can easily control it to create the perfect eyeliner shape.

Very elegant design. ^^ Can you resist it? >.<

The long and sharp brush tip will definitely make you to create a perfect line as your desire even for a beginner. Maybe the brush looks stiff but trust me it actually really soft and has good quality brush so it wouldn't hurt your eyes. The eyeliner also has a comfortable grip so it can be controlled to glide on my eyes easily. :)

The interesting part that will hardly make people not to love this eyeliner is it refillable! I bought this eyeliner at a department store and they also provide the refill so you don't need to repurchase the whole package, just change the refillable eyeliner pen or tube inside. Very easy right? ;)

WATERPROOF TEST

The most important think that I think everyone would like to know from an eyeliner product, wether is it waterproof and smudgeproof or not. So the first thing I did was draw on my hand using the eyeliner and putting my hand under running water around 3-4 minutes. I found out the color stays well like I applied it before, and sure it makes me happy. ;)

SMUDGEPROOF TEST

Most of eyeliners products lately is offering the great waterproof formula and even long lasting up to 24 hours. But it doesn't guarantee that the eyeliner in your hand right now is also smudge-proof when you hardly rub it or maybe just slightly rub on it. That was also happened to me when I want to know the consistency of this eyeliner. So, I drew my name using the eyeliner on my hand and I tried to rub it hardly about 2-3 times and you get the answer below. Yeah, the color almost fade away at 3rd rub. Quite sad coz I hope it can be survived a little bit. :P

So here's I tried to draw a winged eyeliner and I thought this is the almost perfect winged eyeliner I've ever did even tough it still quite ordinary.. lolol...

And Some SELCAS... :D

Regardless of not smudge-proof fact, this eyeliner becomes my favourite lately and mostly everyday I use it becoz it's more easier to use than other liquid eyeliners. I also think this eyeliner is better than my Etude Oh My Eye Line Liquid Eyeliner before. Im not really sure I'll find another liquid eyeliner that has a comfortable grip like this. This eyeliner is a good one and I would love to recommend this, it has a thick black color, waterproof, long lasting and also refillable! ^^
